How an emergency fix works

  1. You tell us what is happening. Share the error, what changed recently and how urgent it is.
  2. We review and estimate. We give you a rough idea of where the problem is and the effort to fix it.
  3. We work on the issue. We aim to restore core functions first, then tidy up.
  4. We recommend prevention. After the fix, we suggest how to reduce the chance of it happening again.
Good to know
  • We try to keep changes as small and safe as possible.
  • We may create a backup or staging copy before major changes.
  • If we need more time than expected, we discuss it with you first.
