These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by WebMaintenancePro (“we”, “our”, or “us”).
By engaging with our services, you agree to these terms.

Service scope

The scope of services is defined individually for each project or support plan. Work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote.

Communication

Support requests are handled during normal business hours unless otherwise agreed.
Urgent response may be offered depending on availability and support level.

Payments

Pricing will be shared in writing before work begins. Work starts only after acceptance of the agreed price. For ongoing plans, billing occurs monthly unless stated otherwise.

No guaranteed outcomes

We aim to improve stability, security and performance, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, rankings or revenue.

Third-party services

We are not responsible for failures caused by third-party plugins, themes, hosting providers or platforms. We will always notify you if issues are caused externally.

Cancellation & refunds

Ongoing plans can be cancelled with notice before the next billing period. Work already completed is non-refundable.

Liability

By using our services, you agree that our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for lost revenue or indirect damages.
